Manatt adds Christina Jenkins and Claudia Page to health practice

Manatt, a law and consulting firm, has welcomed Christina Jenkins, MD, as a national advisor and Claudia Page as a senior advisor in the firm’s health practice.

Based in New York, Jenkins brings extensive experience in health system redesign and growth strategy, healthcare technology assessment, care model redevelopment, clinical value improvement, and venture capital in the healthcare sector.

Jenkins recently served as vice-chair of the NYC Covid-19 Rapid Response Coalition, a cross-sector coalition of organizations focusing on supporting vulnerable New Yorkers through outreach and social services. She also previously served as founding president and CEO of OneCity Health, a subsidiary of NYC Health + Hospitals, the nation’s largest public hospital system.

Jenkins is also active in healthcare investment and VC. She is currently a venture partner at Phoenix Venture Partners and a lead investor at Portfolia. Jenkins was also previously an EVP at Lucania Partners.

Earlier in her career, she was a clinical instructor and resident physician in the department of medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.

She joins Manatt from non-profit California Children’s Trust, where she was director of safety net and innovation and focused on children’s mental health in the context of Medicaid and the social safety net.

Before that, Page was chief strategy and innovation officer at Alluma, a non-profit focusing on healthcare and social support access, and an independent management consultant specializing in the social safety net and public benefits financing.
