QX Global acquires BPO consultancy Chazey Partners

QX Global Group, a UK-based provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, has acquired Chazey Partners, an Austin-based management consulting firm focusing on shared services, business transformation, and robotic process automation.

Founded in 2006, Chazey delivers advice and implementation expertise to help business and government clients achieve operational excellence across business services including finance, HR, IT, procurement, facilities management, and customer helpdesks.

The firm has offerings in strategy setting, business case production, program management, process optimization, technology enablement, training, and change management. The firm has particular area expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) technology, which helps organizations automate simple and repetitive back-office tasks.

The firm has approximately 60 employees across 12 offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

QX Global’s acquisition of Chazey will add transformation and consulting capabilities to the firm’s BPO management offering to give clients a more holistic solutions suite.

Phil Searle, founder and CEO of Chazey Partners, will join QX Global’s board as chief transformation officer. BDO provided due diligence services to QX Global on the transaction, for which financial terms were not disclosed.

Based in Yorkshire, UK, QX has more than 2,400 people across offices in the UK, US, Canada, and India.
