Trianz named one of America’s best management consulting firms by Forbes

Trianz, a Santa Clara, CA-based digital transformation consulting firm, has been named one of America’s Best Management Consulting Firms by Forbes for the third consecutive year.

Forbes partnered with Statista to compile the fourth annual list of top management consulting firms – which advise business, nonprofit, and public sector clients on organizational design, human resources, corporate strategy, IT strategy, marketing and sales, and finance, and logistics.

The ranking, which includes 222 firms, was compiled by surveying 7,600 partners and executives of consulting firms, as well as 1,000 executives who have worked with such firms in the last four years. The top 222 firms were ranked according to star ratings across 16 sectors and 16 functional areas. Five stars meant “very frequently recommended,” four stars meant “frequently recommended” and three stars meant “recommended.”

The US management consulting industry has grown an annualized 2% over the past five years to reach a market size of $251 billion, according to stats from Ibis World. The industry has 829,958 businesses and employs 1,750,189 people.

Trianz was among the top 222 firms in the US. The company helps business and technology leaders drive transformations with a focused portfolio in analytics, digital, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity services and solutions. Trianz has 1,500 employees across 11 offices in the US, as well as international locations in the UK, Australia, UAE, and India.

The firm achieved a three-star ranking in the category of “data analytics and big data,” alongside companies such as Capgemini, Bain & Company, EY, and Wipro. The category was led by technology giants Accenture, Cisco Systems, IBM, and Microsoft, which achieved five-star scores.

“It is a tremendous honor to be recognized as a top management consulting firm by Forbes for the third straight year. This recognition speaks to our outcome-focused execution approach that provides demonstrable long-term value and superior digital transformation results,” said Ganeshan Venkateshwaran, president at Trianz. “This award is especially appreciated now given the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am very proud of Trianz’s strategy and business model, as well as the proactive measures we have taken during the crisis. I wish to thank our clients and partners for their support and encouragement at this time.”

Deloitte and McKinsey tied for the title of most-recommended consultancy, earning nods in all 32 sectors and functional areas. McKinsey, however, received the most five-star rankings, at 16 categories.
