AArete, a management and technology consulting firm, has hired Dana Dolan as VP of marketing and communications and Priya Iragavarapu as VP, center of data excellence (CODE). Both are based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters.
Dolan brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in marketing, having held marketing leadership roles across industries including financial services, healthcare, and enterprise solutions. She has also worked extensively as an independent consultant, delivering advisory support in marketing, digital experience, business development, and strategy to corporations, non-profits, and associations.
Dolan previously spent five years at non-profit National Foundation for Credit Counseling, where she was latterly its chief development and marketing officer.
She also spent more than 12 years at Bank Administration Institute – a non-profit focusing on research, training, and thought leadership events for the financial services industry – where she was managing director of solutions provider services and corporate marketing.
Dolan began her career at PwC, where she was a management consultant. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Iragavarapu brings 16 years of experience working in data and technology, with deep expertise designing and delivering analytics solutions in the financial services industry.
She joins AArete from American Express, where she spent the last two years as a director in the big data technologies practice. Before that, she spent four-and-a-half years at U.S. Bank, where she worked in the enterprise data management, analytics, and AI solutions practice.
Iragavarapu has a master’s degree in machine learning from Georgia Institute of Technology, a master’s degree from Texas A&M University, and bachelor’s degree in engineering from Andhra University in India.

AArete earlier this year announced a realignment of its organizational structure and a raft of new leadership appointments centering on business development, technology, innovation, and DEI.
