Alvarez & Marsal launches global ‘Women of A&M’ campaign

On International Women’s Day, global consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal has launched its new ‘Women of A&M’ campaign.

The campaign aims to share the experiences of women at Alvarez & Marsal, and inspire men and women outside of the firm to drive change for the next generation of women.

“Today, as on all days, we recognize the pathway to driving change for the next generation of women is rooted in the discussions of today. In support of these internal and external dialogues, we’ve launched the ‘Women of A&M’ campaign,” stated the firm in an announcement.

Featuring short videos of women working across multiple professional levels and geographies, the Women of A&M platform aims to “capture and promote conversations and insights around the firm that demonstrate the increasing impact women are having at Alvarez & Marsal and with the clients we serve.”

Four of the women featured are based in the US: Tiffany Guthrie, Cyndi Joiner, Erica Lister and Erica Park.

Tiffany Guthrie has been with Alvarez & Marsal for over a decade. She currently is a senior director in Houston, specializing in leading and delivering enterprise transformation initiatives with an emphasis on complex program management, project turn-around, merger integration, project operations, performance enhancement, and organizational change management.

Cyndi Joiner is a managing director with Alvarez & Marsal in Atlanta and leads the corporate performance Improvement practice. She is a global advisor to the firm’s supply chain solution and leads the firm’s financial services’ third-party risk management practice, advising global commercial and investment banks on large scale process design and risk mitigation strategies, including the implementation of highly regulated processes.

Erica Lister is a senior director with Alvarez & Marsal’s healthcare industry group specializing in healthcare performance improvement, clinical operations, funds flow design/management, bankruptcy planning and financial restructuring. Lister has been with the firm for over eleven years.

Erica Park is based in Alvarez & Marsal’s New York office. Having recently joined the firm from a Big Four firm, Park is a manager in the transaction advisory practice.

Other women featured include Jeannette von Ratibor and Roswitha Tertea (based in Germany), Sophia Addas and Hiba Malik (based in the Middle East), and Ankita Soni and Ritu Lakhotia (based in India).
