Charles River Associates adds Peggy Daley as VP in forensics practice

Management consulting firm Charles River Associates (CRA) has hired Peggy Daley as a vice president in its forensic services practice. She is based in Chicago.

Daley brings more than 25 years of experience in internal investigations and data analysis. She specializes in conducting complex investigations on behalf of boards, management, outside counsel, and regulators, working on cases in a broad array of sectors – including financial services, healthcare, and higher education.

Daley has investigated whistleblower claims on behalf of large universities relating to misrepresentation of data and unethical behavior, and has served as an expert witness in more than 50 consumer class actions relating to consumer protection/privacy laws and fair debt collection laws.

Before that, she was managing director in the e-discovery and investigations practice of Duff & Phelps (now Kroll) and a director in the disputes and investigations practice of Navigant (now Guidehouse).

Daley was also previously a VP at Pinkerton and Investigative Group International. She began her career as an associate at law firm Kirkland & Ellis.

She has been recognized as a forensic investigation expert in Who’s Who Legal every year since 2014 and was named a 2021 Global Elite Thought Leader in the field of digital forensics.

Daley holds a law degree from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan.
