Management consultancy L.E.K. Consulting has promoted 17 people to partner in its US operations. The US promotions are part of a 24-person global partner class in 2022.

L.E.K.’s new US partners are:
Jordan Barron (technology, media, and telecom [TMT], Los Angeles) has led more than 200 client engagements in growth strategy, marketing, and M&A support. He has been at L.E.K. for more than 11 years and previously worked as a financial analyst at MGM Studios.
Barron has an MBA from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from New York University.
Laura Brookhiser (retail and consumer goods, Boston) helps clients in home goods, footwear, and apparel deal with challenges in M&A, consumer segmentation, brand positioning, new product development, category expansion, portfolio optimization, and organizational transformation. She has been at L.E.K. for more than seven years, having previously worked as a manager at The Bridgespan Group, a management consultancy specializing in non-profits and philanthropists.
Brookhiser has an MBA and a master’s degree in education from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Duke University.
Justin Craigwell-Graham (retail and consumer goods, Chicago) focuses on the food and beverage industry and has particular experience in due diligence, market assessment, growth opportunity and strategy, and buy- and sell-side transaction support. He joined L.E.K. in 2010.
Craigwell-Graham has a master’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in international comparative studies from Duke University.
Alex Guth (life sciences, Boston) advises biopharma and other life sciences clients on strategic needs including therapeutic area strategy, portfolio prioritization, due diligence, and opportunity forecasting and valuation. He has worked at L.E.K. for the last nine years.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and a Ph.D. in virology from Harvard University.
Jeff Kaloski (media and entertainment, Boston) works with content owners, studios, streaming platforms, and TV networks on growth strategy, distribution assessment, and licensing strategy. Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2015, he spent a decade at Wenzlau Engineering, a provider of defense solutions for sophisticated electronic systems, where he was latterly a VP.
Kaloski has an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering science from Vanderbilt University.
David Mahin (industrials, Chicago) advises building and construction clients on revenue growth, profitability enhancement, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, and M&A. He joined L.E.K. in 2012.
Mahin has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Matt Mancuso (life sciences, Boston) has significant experience in oncology and non-oncology opportunity assessment and target identification, including leveraging commercial, scientific, and advanced bio- and chemo- informatic analysis. Before joining L.E.K. in 2014, he co-founded VitaScan, a medtech startup.
He has a PhD in biomedical engineering from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Stony Brook University.
Brendan Mitchell (healthcare services, San Francisco) concentrates on working with healthcare payers and private equity firms on strategy, M&A, and operational turnarounds. Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2014 he was a senior analyst at Green Dot and an analyst at UBS Investment Bank.
He has an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University.
Neil Mittal (travel and leisure, Boston) has more than 11 years of strategic consulting experience specializing in aviation, hospitality, and outdoor recreation. He has worked on numerous projects in M&A, demand forecasting, buy- and sell-side due diligence, loyalty strategy, transformational growth strategy, and strategic planning. Before joining L.E.K. in 2014 he spent five years as a consultant at Auctive, a management consultancy focusing on food and beverage CPG clients.
He has an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from Northeastern University.
Alison Schilling (consumer, Chicago) has over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting spanning North American, European, and Asia-Pacific markets. She joined L.E.K. in 2011 after completing an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry at the University of Notre Dame.
Sheila Shah (medtech and healthcare, Chicago) leads engagements in healthcare technology, due diligence, commercial strategy, healthcare supply chain, growth opportunity assessment and organizational design. Before joining L.E.K. in 2015, Shah was a senior consultant in the healthcare advisory practice of EY and strategic sourcing financial analyst at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
She has an MBA from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Columbia University.
Adam Siebert (life sciences, New York) supports pharma clients with growth strategy, life cycle management, portfolio optimization, and M&A projects. He joined L.E.K. in 2013 as a consultant and was named a principal in 2020.
Siebert has a PhD in cell and molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Boston College.
Delia Silva (life sciences, Boston) works with pharma companies on growth strategy, organization, and performance, both in the US and globally. She joined L.E.K. in 2014 as a life sciences specialist and was named a principal in 2020.
Silva has a PhD in neuroscience from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Boston University.
Matt Wayne (industrials, Boston) has over 10 years of strategy consulting experience supporting corporate and private equity clients across a range of industrial markets. He specializes in automotive and mobility and industrial equipment and technology, with expertise in market assessment, growth strategy, and due diligence. Wayne has been at L.E.K. for nine years and was a previously a director in Staples’ strategy unit and an analyst at Lehman Brothers.
He has an MBA from Dartmouth College and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Tufts University.
Matt Wheeler (pharmaceutical services, Boston) advises clients on corporate and business unit growth strategy, platform and portfolio development, new market prioritization and entry, and strategic M&A. He has worked at L.E.K. for nearly 10 years.
Wheeler has an MBA from Dartmouth College and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College.
Gigi Wong (TMT and financial services, San Francisco) has extensive experience in strategy and due diligence engagements for technology businesses across accounting, insurance, payments, marketing, healthcare, and other tech providers and resellers. Before joining L.E.K. in 2014, she was a manager in Grant Thornton’s transaction advisory practice and a senior associate at Huron Consulting Group.
She has an MBA from the University of Chicago and bachelor’s degrees in business administration and economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Jen Wu (retail and consumer goods, Chicago) advises corporate and private equity clients on strategic projects ranging from investment screens and buy- and sell-side due diligence to new market entry and corporate growth strategies. Wu has spent eight years at L.E.K. and was previously a senior associate marketing manager at General Mills.
She has an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
