Dupont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) has received a Brandon Hall Excellence Bronze Award in the category of “Best Advance in Social Impact Innovation” for a safety communications project with manufacturing firm MacLean-Fogg.

Brandon Hall’s Excellence Awards are the longest running awards in human capital management (HCM). The HCM research and analyst firm rolls out two annual awards programs that recognize best-in-class organizations that have deployed successful programs with measurable results.

DSS’ “Safety Brand Initiative” offering was delivered to employees and leadership at MacLean-Fogg to help develop a safety campaign. The operational consultancy’s approach to employee engagement involves collaboration with all levels of the workforce to build a safety brand identity and communications campaign. The project included specialized communications materials and DSS’ “Virtual Theater” – which provides interactive and dynamic workshops to improve employees’ safety mindsets and behavior.“The Virtual Theater is an interactive experience unlike any other in the learning and development marketplace, and this award is a testament to the functionality and advancements of our learning management tools at DSS to help our clients improve their safety of their people and operations,” said Alyson Brandt, managing director of global learning and development at DSS.

DSS worked with MacLean-Fogg executives, managers, and factory floor staff to create “For Us, For Family,” a communication campaign to help encourage safe behaviors.
