Eliassen acquires Ferguson Consulting, expands in St. Louis

Eliassen Group, a Reading, MA–based consulting and talent solutions firm, has acquired Ferguson Consulting, an IT consultancy based in the St. Louis area.

Founded in 1993, Ferguson Consulting provides IT contractors for staff augmentation positions at Fortune 500 companies in St. Louis. The firm’s consultants specialize in IT application development, providing expertise from project design through to implementation and support. Ferguson’s IT consultants are analysts, project managers, and developers skilled in .NET and Java stacks who enable clients across industries to outsource turnkey, fixed-cost IT projects and staff up where necessary.

Based in the suburb of Chesterfield, Missouri, Ferguson Consulting has 57 employees listed on LinkedIn.

Eliassen’s acquisition of Ferguson will expand its footprint into St Louis and give the company its 20th US office.
