Elite Consulting Partners, a boutique firm specializing in transition, recruitment, and consulting services for financial advisors, has opened an office in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The new location joins existing offices in Moorestown, NJ and Boca Raton, FL.
The new 2,500 square-foot space features executive offices, a client conference space, call bay, and podcast recording studio.

LaRosa has more than 25 of experience in financial services. Prior to founding Elite, he was a financial advisor at Smith Barney and Prudential Securities, as well as an executive director at Morgan Stanley.
Elite today has more than 30 consultants, with plans for further national expansion, according to LaRosa.
The specialist firm supports financial advisors and corporate clients in their due diligence and transition process, including transitions to new roles within wirehouse, regional, independent, and registered investment advisor platforms. Elite also advises on challenges in revenue maximization, practice valuation, mergers and acquisitions, branding, and advisor recruitment.
