4 Points Solutions, a boutique real estate consulting firm, has launched in Columbus, OH.
Led by Jon Willette, the new consultancy is an outgrowth of Willette’s real estate development firm, 4 Points Development, which he runs with his wife and daughter. 4 Points Development creates and renovates commercial spaces, with a focus on restaurants and veterinary clinics. The company, which was founded in 2004, has also provided services in outsourced planning, design, building, and refurbishing for spaces including preschools, daycares, and doctor’s offices.
With 4 Points Solutions, Willette will provide consulting offerings in market analysis, design, proforma, construction, and development. “While our Development company will continue to build and invest, our goal is to grow 4 Points Solutions as customer support and expertise for developing client projects,” noted a press release from the company.
Willette has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, with expertise across site search and selection, underwriting, planning, and construction coordination. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Willette served in the US Marine Corps.
Joining Willette as consultants at 4 Points Solutions are Eric Brehm, a lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience, and Tim Dempsey, an experienced educator and public servant.
“We, like many of you, realized that our way of doing things was not going to carry us through a changing time, and so we at 4 Points pivoted, keeping our core values very much the same, but adding to our pre-2020 endeavors in real estate development and property management,” the firm said in press release. “Through this pandemic, we have realized a need for solutions in this world, solutions to problems that we often don’t even know we have until we have them. We have seen that not only do we need solutions, but so often, we are in need of people to guide us and fight for us to find these solutions.
“It is upon this backdrop that we are eager to introduce our newest company: 4 Points Solutions.”
The company is currently recruiting professionals with a background in real estate, according to the firm’s website.
