Kearney promotes Alanna Klassen Jamjoum to specialist partner

Management consultancy Kearney has promoted Alanna Klassen Jamjoum to specialist partner and global head of alliances.

The New York-based consultant, who has been with Kearney for 18 years, is one of five global promotions to the specialist partner class which comprises individuals with “unparalleled subject matter expertise and skills,” according to a release from the firm.

“We at Kearney are excited by the initial successes we’ve enjoyed with the introduction of the specialist consulting role and by this expansion of our specialist partner ranks into new practices and geographies,” said Suketu Gandhi, chair of the firm’s specialist partner selection committee. “These business-critical specialists are helping us to deliver value to our clients across a range of offerings, from our deep heritage in operations to emerging capabilities like AI and other advances that are powering the Fourth Industrial Revolution.”

Klassen Jamjoum previously served as VP and global head of alliances, overseeing the firm’s partner ecosystem of technology and expert services providers – including AWS, Salesforce, and Born (Tech Mahindra’s digital agency). Before that, she served as global leader of the firm’s digital business experience lab, which works with clients to ideate, design, prototype, and scale new products and services.

Earlier in her tenure at Kearney, Klassen Jamjoum was a principal in the IT practice, leading projects in IT strategy, transformation, post-merger integration, and large-scale program management.

Prior to Kearney, Klassen Jamjoum was a senior consultant at Radiant Systems, a provider of IT services to hospitality and retail clients.

She holds an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from McGill University.
