NMS Consulting, a Beverly Hills-headquartered global management consulting firm, has aggressively expanded its presence in Europe in the last number of months.
NMS Consulting in April launched its first German office in Berlin, adding to its previous European presence in London. The firm subsequently strengthened its Berlin location with a number of new hires, including senior consultant Bill Bentaieb and marketing associates Sophia Binder and Liliya Chvileva.
The firm followed its Berlin opening with the June 2020 acquisition of Moore Fleming, a boutique turnaround consulting firm based in the UK. The acquisition added Harry Moore to the NMS team, a seasoned operational and turnaround consulting professional who previously held senior roles at PwC and KPMG. Moore joined the firm as senior partner, head of Europe, and global leader for turnaround and transformation.

NMS soon after announced the opening of a Frankfurt office in late June, under the leadership of Moore. The location marks the firm’s 11th global location and its third in Europe.
Saliba said that firm plans to open an office in Paris by the end of the summer as part of its continued European expansion, which the firm views as a “key initiative.” NMS is also continuing to develop its business in the UK, with a focus on assisting clients with Brexit challenges.
The US-based company delivers services in management consulting, corporate advisory, and strategic communications to small- and medium-sized enterprises, non-profits, and the public sector. The firm’s services include strategy, M&A, performance improvement, business transformation, turnaround and restructuring, marketing and sales, digital, and cybersecurity.
NMS’ more than 150 professionals focus on delivering a “big firm” experience and capabilities, while providing flexibility on mandate sizes and pricing, according to Saliba.
The company currently has US offices in Beverly Hills, Orange County, Pasadena, San Francisco, New York and Washington, DC. Apart from its European footprint, the firm has further international locations in Dubai and Hong Kong.
