Global management consulting firm Duff & Phelps has added seventeen new Managing Directors to its ranks in the United States.

Kimberly Bindra, Internal Firm Services
Bindra is the Head of Integrated Marketing at Duff & Phelps, overseeing brand and creative services, digital systems and channels, and marketing data and analytics. She is responsible for creating impactful client experiences, driving the firm’s martech roadmap and generating cross-firm insights.

Howard Epstein, Governance, Risk, Investigations and Disputes
Epstein is part of the Compliance Risk and Diligence practice and leads the product management, client service and product quality groups. In a career spanning over 26 years in financial services and consulting in both the U.S. and Asia, he has led numerous service and technology initiatives, helping start new enterprises as well as grow existing business lines.

David Lee, Corporate Finance
Lee is part of the Transaction Opinions practice and has over 10 years of experience executing fairness and solvency opinions and valuations for mergers and acquisitions, private placements and recapitalization transactions. He represents clients from a wide array of industries including real estate, software, healthcare, aerospace and defense, consumer products, consumer retail, telecommunications, media, technology and manufacturing.

Jared Nolen, Internal Firm Services
Nolen is Chief of Staff, reporting to Duff & Phelps President Jacob Silverman, and is responsible for driving firmwide strategic and operational initiatives. He joined Duff & Phelps in 2006 as part of the Corporate Finance team, and prior to becoming Chief of Staff, was part of the Corporate Development and Strategy team for more than 12 years where he was responsible for evaluating and executing all corporate transactions including acquisitions, sales, investments, joint ventures, divestitures, equity and debt offerings.
