RedCloud Consulting buys staffing firm Denny Mountain Media

RedCloud Consulting, a Bellevue, WA-based management and technology consulting firm, has acquired Denny Mountain Media (DMM), a Seattle-based staffing agency specializing in marketing roles.

Founded in 2004, DMM helps clients in the Pacific Northwest source digital content, design, and marketing professionals. The boutique, woman-owned firm works with companies ranging from large tech firms to startups and non-profits.

DMM has approximately 40 employees.

RedCloud’s acquisition of DMM will boost the firm’s headcount to more than 160 people and will position the firm for “ongoing expansion” amid a tight labor market, according to a release from the company.RedCloud Consulting buys staffing firm Denny Mountain Media“Bringing DMM’s team of experts into the RedCloud fold immediately bolsters our ability to serve our clients in a historic time when the regional labor market is extremely tight,” said Brett Alston, managing partner of RedCloud. “The combination of our firm’s proven success, along with new, top-notch talent will provide our clients with a more complete consulting experience, encompassing a full suite of services including strategy, data, and design.”

DMM will retain its branding following the transaction, for which financial terms were not disclosed.

RedCloud was founded in 1995 and offers services in technology consulting, marketing and public relations, and go-to-market and sales. The firm’s offerings include business intelligence, workflow and collaboration, channel marketing, customer experience, PR strategy and execution, and sales enablement and strategy. RedCloud’s technology partners include Tableau, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics.

The consultancy had approximately $17.5 million in revenue in 2020, according to Business Journal.

The DMM deal builds on RedCloud’s May 2021 acquisition of BuzzBee, a Seattle-based integrated marketing and communications firm specializing in the tech industry.
